Creamy and UTTERLY scrumptious Range High Alfredo Mac and Cheese with broccoli florets!

Substances

  • 16 oz medium shells
  • 2 cups broccoli, florets
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups entire milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup milk cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Cook dinner pasta in line with package deal instruction. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water

Lastly add the parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • Fold in pasta till cheese is totally melted and evenly coated. High with steamed broccoli and fold to combine.
