Mexican lasagna taco


° 12-13 tender flour 6-inch tortilla

° 2 kilos. floor beef

2 packets of taco seasoning


2C tomato cubes

1 c cubed purple onion

1/2 C diced inexperienced onion

1/4 c chopped jalapeno, non-compulsory

° Kosher salt to style

2°C heavy whipping cream

1/2 stick of butter

3°C taco cheese or shredded Mexican cheese


1.5 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning

° Bitter cream decorations

° Inexperienced onion garnish cubes


In a small bowl, mix purple onions, inexperienced onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, and salt to style. sit apart.

In a big skillet, brown the meat, dumping off the grease. Add taco seasoning and stir.

In a medium saucepan, boil the heavy cream and butter, stirring, till thickened. Eradicating from warmth and including 2 cups of cheese. Including Cajun seasoning and holding heat.

In a 9″ x 13″ casserole, layer 4 tortillas (minimize to slot in backside of casserole), floor beef, cheese and tomato combination. Repeat as much as 3 layers with cheese sauce on prime.

Add one other cup of cheese on prime of a complete casserole.

Place in a coated 400° oven for 20 minutes, then take away and let cool. Every serving is garnished with bitter cream and inexperienced onions.
