INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup chopped kale leaves, stems and ribs eliminated and discarded
  • 2 massive kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup contemporary orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro sprigs
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

In a blender, mix kale, kiwi fruit, orange juice, cilantro, celery and ice. Mix till the combination is clean. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
