- 1 cup plain whole-milk strained (Greek-style) yogurt
- 1 teaspoon scorching sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 3 slices center-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¾ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped contemporary chives or scallions, plus extra for garnish
