APPLE FILLING

• 4 tbsp.unsalted butter
• 3Granny Smith apples, peeled, minimize into 1″ cubes
• 1/2 c.(105 g.) packed mild brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp.floor cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp.kosher salt
• 2 tsp.cornstarch
