Lil’ Ham Biscuits

One in all my favourite vacation traditions is these ooey, gooey, sizzling and scrumptious lil’ ham sliders. Everybody has a model of this recipe, however this one is my go-to. This time of yr we’ll serve these for appetizers and for breakfast… a crowd pleaser both method!


• 1 bundle candy Hawaiian rolls
• 1 stick butter melted
• 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
• 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
• 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
• 1lb sliced honey smoked ham
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss & Gruyere cheese mix



1.) Put together grill for oblique cooking at 350 levels.
2.) Mix melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon, onion, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
3.) Slice Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise.
4.) Place backside halves of rolls on baking sheet and drizzle with half butter combination.
5.) Layer slices of ham on rolls and high with shredded cheese.
6.) Place the highest roll halves over the cheese and drizzle with remaining butter combination.
