Preheat oven to 375 levels. Grease a 9 x 13 in pan.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt in small bow. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla
in a big mixing bowl till creamy. Add eggs, one after the other, beating nicely after every addition. Progressively combine in flour combination. Stir in chocolate chips.
Unfold half of cookie dough into the ready pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Take away from oven.
Whereas the cookie dough is baking soften caramels and evaporated milk in a double boiler. Add peanut butter after caramels are melted. Soften totally. Unfold over baked cookie dough base.
With the remaining cookie dough, drop by spoonfuls ontop of the caramel combination.Bake for 15-20 minutes or till gentle golden brown.
