Components :

+For rooster:

°2 kilos bone-removed, leathered rooster breasts and/or thighs, minimize and minimize into 1 1/2 inch items

°5-6 rooster broth cups

°1/2 cup heavy cream

°1 1/2 cup frozen peas dissolved
