4-5 candy potato clear and reduce crosswise.
Olive oil
Pink salt/kosher salt
Dried thyme
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Preheat oven to 400F
Cowl the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle salt,dried thyme and drizzle olive oil generously on every half and place them reduce facet down (drizzle some extra olive oil on high and provides them good therapeutic massage).
Bake for 40 minutes or until the underside is caramelized.
