3 c all goal flour (sifted)
2 c granulated sugar
1 c unsalted butter (2 sticks) – room temperature
1 c bitter cream (full fats) – room temperature
5 complete eggs – room temperature
1 c recent strawberries- diced
½ tsp salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ bundle strawberry Jello combine

Cream cheese frosting:
8 oz cream cheese- room temperature
½ c unsalted butter (1 stick)- room temperature
4 c powdered sugar
2 tsps vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt


Crunch Topping:
30 golden Oreos- filling eliminated then crushed
½ bundle strawberry Jello combine
1 ½ tbsps unsalted butter- melted
