Rich Oreo glazed chocolate cake

For the Chocolate Cake:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch spherical cake pans.

In a big mixing bowl, sift collectively the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry substances. Combine on medium velocity till properly mixed, about 2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, and whisk till the glaze reaches your required consistency. Alter the quantity of milk as wanted.

Add the crushed Oreo crumbs to the glaze and blend properly.
