PIONEER WOMANS APPLE DUMPLINGS

  • 2 massive Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 cans (8 oz every) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

Directions:

  1. Put together the Apples:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Minimize every apple into 8 slices. Put aside.
  2. Assemble the Dumplings:
    • Roll every apple slice in a crescent roll dough triangle, ranging from the vast finish. Place the wrapped apples in a buttered 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Put together the Sauce:
    • In a medium saucepan, soften the butter over medium warmth. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir effectively and let it cook dinner for a couple of minutes till the combination is easy.
