Italian Meatloaf

  • 1lb. lean floor beef
  • 2eggs
  • 1cup Progresso™ Italian Model Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/8teaspoon pepper
  • 1(14-oz.) jar tomato pasta sauce


  • Warmth oven to 350°F. In giant bowl, mix all components besides pasta sauce; combine nicely. Add 1 cup pasta sauce; combine nicely. Press combination into ungreased 8×4-inch loaf pan.

  • Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes. Pour remaining pasta sauce over meatloaf. Bake an extra 15 to twenty minutes or till totally cooked in middle and meat thermometer registers 160°F. Let stand 10 minutes earlier than serving.
