Creamy Mozzarella Shrimp Pasta

This creamy mozzarella shrimp pasta is certainly one of my household’s favourite meals. There may be simply the correct amount of creamy Alfredo sauce to coat the shrimp and pasta.   • 12 ounces penne pasta


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp (with shell eliminated and deveined)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika


  • 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (minimize into 1 inch chunks)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups half and half
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • ¾ cup rooster broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon crimson pepper flakes
  • ⅛ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


  • In a big pot carry water to a boil and add 1 tsp off salt and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Prepare dinner Penne noodles to al dente in line with instructions listed on the bundle. Then drain and put aside.
