¾ cup chopped onion
⅓ cup dried breadcrumbs
1 pound lean floor beef
¼ cup barbecue sauce of your alternative
2 teaspoons chilli powder
¾ teaspoon of salt
1 overwhelmed egg
Potatoes
1 bundle butter flavored immediate mashed potatoes
⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
¼ cup crispy fried onions
⅔ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
Warmth oven to 375*, calmly spray a 9×9 baking dish
In a big bowl, mix the bottom beef, onion, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, egg and spices.
Press the meat combination into the underside of the sprayed dish
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
Take away from the oven and thoroughly drain the fats
In one other bowl, put together the moment potatoes and blend with the evaporated milk, cheese, dried onions, butter and bacon
Unfold the potato combination over the meat and sprinkle with grated cheese, bacon and dried onions.
Place below broiler, 6 inches from broiler, and broil for 3 minutes.
Serve with an additional portion of barbecue sauce if desired.
