Chocolate-Mayonnaise Cake

Preheat oven to 375 levels. Coat a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Put aside.
Sift or whisk collectively flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Put aside.
In a big mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat collectively water, sugar, mayonnaise, eggs (optionally available) and vanilla.
Slowly add dry elements, mixing nicely after every addition.
Combine dry elements and moist elements in separate bowls. Slowly add the dry elements to the moist, mixing whilst you add them.
Pour into ready 9×13 baking dish.
Bake for half-hour or till it passes the toothpick check. Permit cooling utterly.
