CHOCOLATE DEPRESSION CAKE
This Chocolate Despair Cake recipe is typically known as chocolate loopy cake, chocolate wacky loopy cake. or chocolate shock cake as a result of it’s made with out eggs, milk, or butter. Which is shocking and sounds each loopy and wacky! The cake rises through the use of baking soda and vinegar, thus eliminating the necessity for eggs.
Components
For the cake:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
