Chicken Pot Pie Noodle Skillet

  • 10 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 candy onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup hen broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked hen breast, lower into small cubes
  • Salt & Pepper to style
  1. Cook dinner noodles al dente, based on package deal instructions.
  2. In a big skillet, soften butter over medium-high warmth. Stir in onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, peas, and carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook dinner for about 3 minutes till onions are comfortable and translucent. Stir in flour till mixed.
  4. Pour in hen broth and heavy cream and convey to a boil. Cut back to a simmer. Stir sometimes till thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain pasta and add to skillet, together with the hen. Add extra salt and pepper to style and serve up sizzling. Take pleasure in!
