INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16 oz.) field angel meals cake combine
- 1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 (12 oz) tub cool whip, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes, divided
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 levels and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Mix angel meals cake combine, ½ cup coconut flakes, and pineapple (juice included) in a big bowl. Batter will increase! Stir till evenly mixed.
- Switch batter to ready baking dish.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes or till golden brown.
- Let cake cool then frost with cool whip and sprinkle with remaining coconut flakes.
