Strawberry Jam Cheesecake Cookies

Beat the heavy cream on medium-high velocity till medium-stiff peaks kind, put aside.
Beat the cream cheese, crème fraiche , vanilla and confectioners’ sugar on medium velocity till mixed. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream-cheese combination till mixed.
Spoon filling over strawberry jam to fill the cups to the highest. Garnish with sprinkles on prime or combine some sprinkles into the filling.
Chill the cups till agency, about half-hour. Retailer within the fridge.
