Strawberry bombs these are irresistible!

Step1: In a medium bowl, mix sugar, yeast and milk and stir to dissolve.
Step2: Whisk the egg. Add the flour and salt, and begin kneading the dough with a spatula. Then proceed kneading along with your arms till you get an elastic dough.
Step3: Add the softened butter and proceed kneading till the butter is effectively integrated into the dough.
Step4: Type a ball with the dough, cowl with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.
Step5: Divide the dough into 8 elements and roll every right into a ball. Cowl and let stand half-hour.
Step6: Flatten every ball a little bit and roll it right into a ball once more. Cowl and let relaxation for one more half-hour.
Step7: Fry the balls in sizzling oil over low warmth for 2-3 minutes on either side.
Step8: Cool barely and minimize in half lengthwise, like a burger bun.
Step9: Garnish half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, shut with the opposite half, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
