Components

2 ½ cups granulated sugar

¾ cup butter, unsalted

⅔ cup evaporated milk

12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips

7 ounces of marshmallow fluff

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Place the butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan over excessive warmth and produce to a boil, whisking usually to mix
