Meat And Potato Casserole

Substances ( Serves 8 )

1 lb floor beef

1 C. dried rosemary

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 onion, chopped

¼ cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup Beef broth

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

5 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 ½ cups cheese, grated

Salt and pepper to style

Directions:

Warmth the oven to 350 levels and grease a 9×13 baking dish properly.

Cook dinner the meat and onion over medium-high warmth on the stovetop till the onions are tender and the meat is browned. Drain extra fats.

In a bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream, broth, rosemary, garlic powder, cream of mushroom soup and salt and pepper to style. Stir to mix.

Unfold half of the potatoes on the underside of the baking dish.

High with ⅓ of the soup combination and half of the meat combination.

Repeat with one other layer of potatoes, ⅓ of the soup and the remainder of the meat combination.

High with remaining soup combination, then shredded cheese.

Cowl with foil and bake for 1½ hours or till the potatoes are tender.
