•   6 kilos medium crimson potatoes
  •   Water
  •   <b class=’sIngredient’>DRESSING:</b>
  •   1 cup water
  •   1/2 cup butter, cubed
  •   1/4 cup white vinegar
  •   2 massive eggs
  •   1/2 cup sugar
  •   4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  •   3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  •   3/4 cup Miracle Whip


  •   1 small onion, finely chopped
  •   2 inexperienced onions, sliced
  •   1 teaspoon salt
  •   1/2 teaspoon pepper
  •   3 hard-boiled massive eggs, sliced
  •   Paprika


  1. Place potatoes in a stockpot and canopy with water. Convey to a boil. Scale back warmth; cowl and prepare dinner till tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain. When cool sufficient to deal with, peel and slice potatoes; cool fully.

In a small bowl, beat eggs; add sugar and cornstarch. Add to butter combination; prepare dinner and stir till thickened, 5-7 minutes. Switch to a big bowl; cool fully.

  3. In a small bowl, beat cream till stiff peaks type. Stir Miracle Whip into cooled dressing combination; fold in whipped cream. Stir in onion, inexperienced onions, salt and pepper. Add potatoes; toss evenly to mix. Refrigerate, coated, till chilled.

  4. To serve, high with hard-boiled eggs; sprinkle with paprika.
