FRESH APPLE CAKE RECIPE

Preheat oven to 350 levels. Grease a 9 x 13″ pan. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs. Stir in flour and baking soda. Add vanilla, pecans, and apples. Unfold in ready pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool for two hours. Then put together frosting.
Frosting
1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 c evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Boil all elements in a small saucepan for two minutes. Set pan in bowl full of ice water. Beat icing till of spreading consistency. Unfold over high of cake
