- ▢1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 levels.
- Place eggs and cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls.
- Combine cracker crumbs with garlic salt and pepper.
- Dip rooster within the eggs, then dredge within the crumb combination to coat.
- Prepare coated rooster in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place items of butter on high of the rooster.
- Bake within the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or till golden brown.
