- 2 clementines
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ½ tsp coconut oil or a couple of sprays of coconut oil spray (elective)
- coconut flakes or sea salt
Preparation
- Place parchment sheet on a reducing board or baking sheet.
- Peel the clementines.
- In a small bowl, mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil. I did a couple of sprays of coconut oil spray. Microwave for about 30 seconds, and stir. Microwave for added 15 second intervals as wanted.
- Dip every clementine slice midway into melted chocolate, and place on parchment paper-lined reducing board. Sprinkle with coconut flakes or sea salt instantly. Repeat with the remainder of the clementine slices.
- Put reducing board in fridge, and refrigerate for about 10 minutes or till chocolate has hardened.
