Buttered shrimp


  • 500 gm shrimp
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green coriander
  • 1 small spoon of black pepper
  • Salt – as desired

Try it, you may like it : garlic butter shrimp



Clean the shrimp well and set it aside.
In a wide skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the garlic and shrimp, and season with salt and black pepper.
Leave the shrimp pieces on the fire until their color changes, stirring occasionally.
Add lemon juice and coriander and stir the ingredients. Leave the mixture for about an additional minute.
Serve the buttered shrimp dish hot.
