INGREDIENTS:
2 pork chops
Marinade Components:
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
• pepper to style
DIRECTIONS:
Place all marinade components in a medium bowl, whisk to mix. Place the pork chops in a plastic ziplock bag large enough to carry the chops and marinade. Add the marinade to the plastic bag. Zip it nearly closed, squeeze all of the air out of the bag and utterly shut the bag.
Place the bag within the fridge and marinate chops in a single day, turning the bag typically to ensure all of the surfaces of the chops are coated within the marinade.
When it’s time to grill – take away the chops from the bag, throw away any leftover marinade. Let the chops come to room temperature earlier than grilling. Grill chops 10 – quarter-hour, relying on the warmth of your grill.
