Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken


2-4 boneless, skinless rooster breasts

4 minced garlic cloves

4 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons of olive oil



Brown the garlic with the oil in a small sauté pan till tender, flip off the warmth and stir within the brown sugar.

In a calmly greased casserole dish, place the rooster breasts and canopy with the garlic and brown sugar combination. Season with salt and pepper.

In an oven preheated to 500°, cook dinner for 15 to half-hour and luxuriate in!

Straightforward, peasy and candy! I serve this rooster with rice and a vegetable salad, it is so good! After I cook dinner this I often place a layer of aluminum foil within the casserole dish and spray it with cooking spray so I can simply clear the casserole dish!
